The terrace off the lounge and master bedroom enjoys the most spectacular views over Salobreña and out to sea.

Ther terrace is covered with a strong, waterproof thatched roof.

There is a Built in Jacuzzi which has both solar and electric heating. The solar heating is effective from about mid April until mid October.

The walls of the terrace form flower beds that are filled with miniature cactus and the terrace overlooks the swimming pool and the terraced fruit gardens.
