One end the kitchen opens directly to the dining room. This feature enables the cook to remain in contact with the rest of the party whilst preparing the meal but is still in a separate room enabling the cooking to be kept apart from the dinner party.
At the opposite end of the kitchen are double opening doors that open directly into the courtyard.
The courtyard is well furnished for outside dining and has a first class barbecue.
There is also access to the courtyard and kitchen from the road outside via an up and over garage type door for easy unloading of shopping etc., directly into the kitchen.
TV via satellite is available in the kitchen.
KITCHEN
The kitchen at Casa Duran was designed by a professional chef for his own domestic family use and is a joy to work in. The equipment is perfectly placed for the convenience of the cook and is easy to maintain.
All surfaces are granite including the moveable free standing work table - this pulls to the center of the floor to make additional space for the cook. Very useful for big dinner parties.
The primary cooker and oven is a "SMEG" with 6 top gas burners and a 90cm oven. The second cooker is also 90cm, an eye level top of the range Electrolux.

The kitchen has lots of fridge and freezer space. A water purification system - industrial extract system to keep the air in the kitchen fresh at all times plus other key features.
