The Courtyard is accessed from the kitchen, the utility room or the office, it can also be entered directly from the street via an up and over 2.5 mtr. wide garage type door. There are two lockable dry store rooms with electricity supply.

The barbecue area is conveniently located being just metres away from the kitchen and the utility room. Views from the table are out to sea across the kitchen garden. This garden is lawned and planted with aromatic shrubs and herbs, grapes, and trees. The kitchen garden provides good shade in the summer time, a perfect quiet retreat.
