There are three bedrooms in the main house all with en suite bathroom.
There are two further bedrooms in the Guest apartment which are shown on the apartment page
Bedroom 3 opens directly to the main, covered terrace with views over the swimming pool, the sea and on to Salobreña Castle and the beaches.
BEDROOMS
BEDROOM 1
Bedroom 3 is very well equipped with plenty of electric sockets, Mitsubishi Inverter type Air Conditioning. It is wired for Satellite TV and telephone + ADSL.
The fitted wardrobes were designed by a top local supplier to compliment the room.
The high ceiling is beamed and is also fitted with a speed controlled fan.
The En Suite bathroom to bedroom 3 is complete with bath and shower over.
BEDROOM 2
The Second bedroom is also very well equipped with plenty of electric sockets, Mitsubishi Inverter type Air Conditioning. It is wired for Satellite TV and telephone + ADSL.
There is a speed controlled ceiling fan & Sea views.
The fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes were designed by the same supplier as bedroom 3 and have lots of storage.
The En Suite bathroom to the second bedroom is complete with bath and shower over.
This bathroom has a large fitted, designer mirror and full width Italian Marble work top.
Ceramics are top of the range "Roca"
THIRD BEDROOM
Whilst smaller than the other two bedrooms this bedroom is very pretty and has the same solid beams that are seen in the lounge and bedroom 3. Views are across the gardens and down to the sea.
There are double fitted sliding wardrobes.
The en suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Special attention has been given to the doors at Casa Duran. All doors were replaced and individually designed, they were in the main supplied by a top Spanish manufacturer in Barcelona. They are all Mahogany with high quality handles and locks.

Access to the Jacuzzi is directly from Bedroom 3 or from the Lounge. The Jacuzzi can be solar heated or via an electric heater. Normally the solar system is adequate from March until the end of November.
